Hi I’m Delia! My homie Brandon and I have a room for rent in my townhome that’s in a cute gated community surrounding a little lake located in west Mesa (Dobson and Baseline).

The available room is small, has its own closet, and shares a bathroom with Brandon upstairs. The rest of the house has two separate living rooms if you need more space and two other bathrooms available to use. One parking spot is available. The shared living space is furnished already, the room for rent is not.


Being clean to us means each roomie is responsible for a main chore, jumping in when something needs cleaning, and we have a loose hour rule for dirty dishes.

We’re both independent and do our own thing most of the time so we’d be pretty easy to live with!
