Renting bedroom in apartment

Description

I am looking to rent the bedroom in my apartment to either an individual or a single parent and child in order to provide stability.
I will occupy the den area myself.
I have two cats, so no pets or service animals allowed.
I am seeking a roommate until the end of my lease in January, at which time I intend to move.
You must have steady income. I do have a day bed that will be in the bedroom, and there is a lot of storage space in the room.
No tobacco and minimal alcohol and thc please.
I am not comfortable with guests staying over in my apartment ; but I do have a teenage son who occasionally stays with me.
