Room with private bathroom

Hi,
Looking for a roommate in their s to move in to my bath apartment in West Nashville near the Costco on Charlotte at the end of October / start of November. Preferably female and progressive. You’d have a master bedroom. I’ve got a bedroom + my own bath. There’s a cute little balcony and it’s close to the apartments pool/ lil dinky workout room. Rent is about $ and utilities are about $ a month. A little combo washer and dryer all in one machine is in unit. It’s weird but it works. I like living here. It gets good light. Management is pretty reliable.
My roommate is moving in with her bf, and I’m looking for another quiet, boundary forward, strong communicator to take her place. I’m a busy introvert. I work and study full time, so a peaceful and clean home is really important to me. When I come home, I need to study. I’m lookin for a good roommate and not a friend, although if it happens organically, that’s cool. Just not my top priority. I’d say I try to clean the apartment every other week. My pet peeve is dishes that are left in the sink. My current roommate and I text each other a heads up before someone comes over. Very clean and very considerate is my vibe.
I don’t have any pets but my last roommate had a cat, so I’m open to cats/dogs as long as they are well behaved and not too loud.
The front office said it’s only a $ application fee. No deposit.
