About the room

Adorable little house in lower rattlesnake that’s walking distance to downtown, campus, and, greenough and the L. killer backyard and front yard, also a garage for storage of outdoor stuff. your room is downstairs, it’s got a big fat window with a nice ledge. there’s a bed in there and a shelf in the closet now, but either can be moved if you have your own stuff! closet has under the stairs storage. you can either share the biggest bathroom on the main floor with me (in photos) or have the smaller downstairs bathroom to yourself (will upload photo tomorrow). also there’s two kitchens and two living rooms…. so plenty of fridge space haha.

rent will be somewhere in , still determining that and will update soon. if your budget is around this range, please still feel free to contact. the person we find is the most important thing!!!

our neighbors cats have practically adopted us at this point and are always hanging around, so bonus points if you like that sorta thing! :))

our landlord accepts spayed female cats that aren’t super young. there is a deposit of $ for a cat and an addition $ per month pet rent charge.
