You can install a device/mini pc/console on the TV, one spot is available. There is also a TV in the bedroom. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer in the condo.

The appartment doesn t get hot in summer as it is a ground floor unit and it is well insulated. The two bedrooms apartment is in New Westminster Uptown.

There is a Gym, amenities room in the building (ten meters from my condo). Bus stops close to the building. mn walk to New Westminter Sky train station and save-on-food. Street parking is available. Room is $/month with all utilities included: water, heat, electricity, high speed internet (fiber optic), insurance. One cat is okay.

I am looking for a roommate (working professional or student).
