Professional look for single toom

I am looking for single room in a shared property, preferably with working professionals tenants with calm, neat and clean living conditions.
I’m a quiet and organized telecom professional engineer. Non-smoker. Husband and dad for three children ( yo). Currently live with my family in Chorley-Lancashire.
