Looking for a lease takeover

Hi if anyone is interested I am looking for someone to take over my lease at university edge. The bedroom has a bathroom in it and a walk in closet. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, pantry and good sized living room. There is another guy living here and the other two rooms are empty. He is very friendly. The takeover rate will be $ a month. If you were looking to go through edge the rate would be a lot higher so this is a really good deal. Also, I would pay you two months of rent (October and November). Message me if you are interested!
