I have two rooms coming available October in a gorgeous 2 story townhome with wood floors and vaulted ceilings. The rooms share a bathroom and are on their own side of the house in a split floor plan. The two rooms can come furnished or unfurnished although one has a queen size Murphy bed already built in. They can be rented together or individually. There is one other sweet lady who has her own bathroom on her own side of the house. Shared kitchen and living room in a spacious, clean and cozy place. Community pool, private hot tub, washer and dryer in unit, private screened patio. Safe neighborhood, convenient for public transportation and all shopping needs. Flexible leasing.
