Roomate needed for bath apt

Description

I live in a bathroom apt in west LA basically pico / bundy. My roomate is moving out nov 1st. I need a new roomate. For nov 1st. On top of this I currently living in a 2 bedroom apt on the the same property with the same landlord. I’m moving into this unit you see in the pics because it’s a Bit larger , has more closet space and has 2 bathrooms. This complex doesn’t have any 1 bedroom apartments available so I’m moving into the slightly larger 2 bedroom.
It’s a nice size apt. Each room has its own bathroom , the kitchen is full of appliances full size fridge , oven stove top , microwave and dishwasher. The unit comes with 1 gated private parking space. There is 2 laundry machines and 2 dryers on the property, and a maintenance guy that fixes any issue within a day or two. The property itself is gated and private. Carpet is brand new. White walls huge closest and close to freeways , Ucla and smc. Also close to grocery stores restaurants etc and 3 miles from the beach . Rent would be $ a steal for the size of the apt and the area of west LA few blocks from Santa Monica borderline. NO PETS ALLOWED and to move in its FIRST MONTH RENT AND DEPOSIT $ total. Both me and the new roomate would be on a 1 year lease and after that it would be month to month. ..If you are interested or know anyone please feel free to message me.
