Looking for a Room for next year

Hi there! I’m a -year-old working professional currently looking for a roommate situation in Reno. I’m disabled but very independent, I tend to keep to myself and am generally quiet, except when I’m in my room relaxing.

I’m planning to get a cat after I move, so I’m ideally looking for a pet friendly place and a roommate who’s okay with cats. Staying in Reno is important to me, preferably somewhere close to my workplace to keep my commute easy.

I use an ebike for transportation, so a secure place to store and lock it up is essential.

Budget-wise, I’m looking to pay around $/month total, including rent, pet rent, utilities, etc. I’m responsible with money and bills, happy to put the internet under my name, and of course I’ll cover my share of rent, groceries, and any other shared expenses.

I’m hoping to move sometime between late December and February , but I’m flexible; if a great opportunity comes up sooner, I’m open to moving earlier. Ideally, I’d love a longer-term lease or situation with stability.
