Looking for a room for rentt

Hi, I hope this message finds you well. I am a retired navy veteran (Female)(Age ) looking to move to Virginia coming from North Carolina. It would be myself and my fiancé. I receive VA disability for income that is permanent I have proof of income as well if need be. My fiancé (age )is a Tattoo artist. We’re moving for better opportunities in the city as for myself I will be attending college online full time for ASL, while my fiancé will be expanding his tattoo business in the VA beach area. I’m aiming for a move in date no later than September th. Please let me know if you’re interested in having us as a potential roommate. Also would prefer four twenty friendly.
