looking for someone to take over a lease during the school year. 3bd apartment w/ 2 roommates (m, ). you would be living in the apartment during school & would have to go elsewhere for breaks (a break longer than a week)/summer (probably best fit for an out of state student). move in time would be around the last week of august .

- my cat lives in the apartment during breaks
