Economy bad, sharing bills good 😂

Still working on getting it emptied out, it was my craft room/guest room.

I keep the house at in the summer and absurdly low in the winter (which can be negotiated, but it would mean higher rent bc heat's expensive and all electric through Duke😅). The room is furnished, but if you didn't want it to be, at least part of the cost of storage unit would be added to your rent. The bed is a full size with heated mattress pad (although obvi I can remove that and chuck it in the closet if need be, but I think they're neat lol). Lots of art on the walls and nowhere else to store it; if you dislike/want it down I'll try to find other places to hang the pieces. The house is on the smaller side, not suited to entertaining and no fenced yard. I have a small projector in my room, so splitting TV time wouldn't be a problem. A small animal might be okay, but the house is not really cat proof or anything and I'm not sure where a litter box or anything would be stored. Shared parking lot type of sitch.
