Room for Rent Starting January 1st

MOVE-IN DATE IS FLEXIBLE, we could arrange for earlier.

Seeking a roomie to take over the first room pictured starting January 1st in the Rockville/Twinbrook area. The applicant would apply directly with the property management company and replace my current roommate, she has to move back out of state.

Rent: $ + utilities

Amenities: In-building laundry, brand new fitness center (opened this summer), pool, Twinbrook Rec Center across the street, balcony, parking. Twinbrook metro is a -minute walk/6-minute bus ride away

Lease term: January-August but we can renew or find another place if we're compatible! My office is in Rockville but I am open to moving closer to DC because I know it's a trek to the city.

Ideal roommate: Clean, friendly, professional, considerate

About me: I work full-time in office and am taking classes. I love nature, art, music, personal development, positive psychology, cooking, working out and a balance of activities and quiet time. I'm pretty easygoing and treat everyone as family. This profile is new but my Instagram and LinkedIn can serve as proof of identity!
