UNIT: The unit is fully-furnished and modern, with ample space for storage and a balcony area. Includes " and "), kitchen appliances, dishwasher, utensils, and whatever other supplies you may need! Coffee is also available for free downstairs, trash/recycling are valeted, and laundry is free/in-unit. As this square footage is quite large for a , I can assure that it does not feel cramped in any area. Central A/C and heating are modern and effective.

PARKING: There is plenty of free street parking for guests, and covered, gated garage parking (with EV charging) which you may use with my pass.

BUILDING: This is a quiet space, with direct access to the pool/hot tub/grilling area which is lively and happening on the weekends. Amenities are clean and modern, and there is a designated package/mail room. The hot tub is very large, even on busy days I've never seen it full. The complex was constructed in , and the space is thus well-insulated against both temperature and sound. I'm a light sleeper myself, and have never had any issues with noise here.

LOCATION: The location is on South Broadway, around miles due south of downtown, and with 2 minute access to I- for travel. The area is walkable, yet is slightly tucked away from South Broadway itself and is therefore safe/peaceful even at night (unlike some parts of downtown).
