Needing short lease or MTH 2 MTH

Hi there, I am looking for a room to rent on a month to month basis as close to the Boerne/Stone oak/Bulverde or Hollywood Park area as possible or even Leon valley or the domain area. I am a single years old old female, I have 3 kids that do not live with me and currently they live with their father full time and would not be staying at this house/room I rent. I do not need anything fancy or extravagant, I need an affordable place with proximity to Boerne. I do not party, I do not smoke inside, I work 2 jobs and will rarely ever be at the home, only to sleep and occasionally cook a meal so access to the kitchen is a must. I have no pets and only request no indoor cats where I stay as I have severe allergies. My work schedule varies and there are times I work until pm but I am not loud when I come home, do not party, and am just looking for a place near where my children attend school to live for a short term. Looking for a room to rent! A little about me: I am a year old female(not your “typical year old” ive been told) who can live comfortably in a co-ed space, I work 2 jobs and am rarely home. I often do not get home until after pm. I do not have pets, I do not smoke inside, I do not do hard drugs and am not friendly though if you are friendly that does not bother me in the least, I just do not partake. I am at a stage of “in between” in my life after a divorce a couple of years ago and some following hardships, but I went to UT in Austin “forever ago” and am searching for a better job in the area while working the ones that I have. I was renting a house, until July , by myself for almost 3 years and never missed or was late on a payment, I have a decent credit score, i am by no means a partier anymore though i have been there and done that so arent bothered if you are. Do not have over night guests and if ever I do it will be with advance notice and rarely. I really just need a place close to work that has a furnished kitchen, wifi access and washer and dryer. I am pretty laid back and easy going with a pretty wicked sense of humor and a willingness to listen and lend advice only when requested. I get along with most people because i value respect and individuality. If the room is furnished that would be amazing but not a deal breaker if not. I do need flexible lease terms and a place without cats as I am highly allergic. Please let me know if you have anything affordable, I’m even willing to couch surf for a bit if necessary. Thank you
