Seeking Female Roomie ~Lenexa Area!

Hi everyone! My name is Haley 👋
I’m relocating from NC to the Lenexa, KS area next week (end of September
) and looking for a female roommate to rent a 2-bedroom apartment or townhome with. ☺️🏡

A little about me:
• I’m and a single mom to a sweet, well-behaved 6-year-old daughter who I’ll have % of the time.
• Christian ✝️, love the gym 🏋🏻‍♀️, sushi 🍣, concerts, community events, and volunteering.
• I work % remotely as a financial planner for the military.
• I’m studying for my CFP exam, so I’m looking for a peaceful, functional space to work, study, and rest.📚

My ideal setup:
• Rent split with my share around ~$ (flexible)
• Move-in ideally by next week or shortly after.
• Split utilities.
• Respectful of each other’s work schedules, downtime & sleep.
• I’m an early riser & 9pm bedtime kinda girl.🌅
• Bonus points for a girls-only “no boys sleeping over” vibe — but open to chat on house rules.
• Open to a 3-bedroom and me covering two rooms if it’s a good fit.
• I like clean & organized spaces but I’m realistic about “lived-in”.
✅ Ex: Coffee container that lives on the counter for regular use? Totally fine.
❌ Dirty dishes piling up? Not so fine. 🙃

🐾 Pets:
• Love animals! ❤️
• Allergic to cats and some dogs, but open to a dog if allergies check out and it’s safe/gentle - since I have my daughter.
• I was bit in the face by a dog at her age and still have a scar, so safety matters.
• That said, my last roommate’s dog Trooper was the BEST — gentle, allergy-friendly for me and my daughter adored him. 🐶

Other notes:
• Found my last roommate (now one of my best friends) in a FB group like this — hoping for the same luck again!
• I’m also looking at 1-bedrooms for just us, but teaming up for a 2-bed could mean more space, better amenities, and a win-win!
