We are a single grandma/granddaughter duo looking to rent out our basement to a single person. No kids and no pets allowed please. You have a private bathroom, private bedroom, and a private living space area. Only thing shared is a kitchen and laundry room. Everything included in rent. Security deposit + first rent. Will sign a lease agreement if it makes you feel better. Willing to negotiate pricing. Street parking.
