A private unfurnished studio with a private entrance, private bathroom, and a minimalistic indoor kitchen for light cooking only. The room is separate from the main house so that you won’t see us often. Plenty of street parking is available. The room has been recently remodeled, featuring new flooring, a new bathroom, and a new kitchen. You'll enjoy the beautiful morning sunlight in the room. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe for jogging, even at night. It's a 5-minute drive to Mile Square Park or Bella Terra. The rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. We are looking for a single, employed, or student female renter who is clean and considerate. Must provide proof of employment, the latest bank statements, and a current background check. No drugs, no smoking, no pets, and no visiting guests are allowed. Prefer long-term rentals or yearly leases. A $ security deposit and $ first month’s rent are required before moving in.
