Looking for a new place, but would rather have a private home instead of apartment living?

My roommate is moving overseas so I’m looking for a new roommate to begin a new lease on October bedroom two bath home off 6th & Perry. About miles from Sloans Lake, ample grocery stores, shopping, and close to Belmar. Public transit within a mile (Perry Station)and close to bus routes. Fenced in backyard and above ground pool. min drive to downtown Denver. Dog friendly (could accept one more dog) but dog must be cat and other dog friendly. LGBTQIA and friendly (requires smoking outside). We have great neighbors and live on a pretty quiet street. Ample parking in driveway (partially covered) as well as street parking. Washer & Dryer, a/c & central air, internet, your own bathroom. Large garage we use for storage.



He occupied 2 rooms in our home, so perfect for someone who works from home. I occupy the master in the back of the home.



Rent: $ per month. Utilities split . (Varies per time of year) $ deposit.

I’m tidy, outgoing, but enjoy my alone time. I work a high stress job with hours that can be unpredictable and long, but normally a . I work from home typically one day a week. May host small gatherings or out of town guests occasionally, but pretty rare.

Would prefer a female identifying person or gay male roommate, but open to cis men if you’re the right fit.
