Christian female, and 4 cats. I’m the only roomy and homeowner. I work part time, varied shifts. Mostly a morning person. House is a work in progress, def not Better Homes, but clean and not cluttered. Cat hair and gacks happen. I do all my best cooking, cleaning, yardwork and homeowners things while you’re out. I know the renter I described above exists😄👍 I've rented the room fairly continuously for about years, average roomy stay is a year+, but have had 2 different roomies for over 5 years each. I never have overnight guests, and rare visitors, but I do get out. I’m pretty introverted: read, draw, paint, bike rides.
