Looking to Sublet my current rental - B Apt in Raleigh (Lake Lynn). Utilities average just under $ total, about ~$ a person (lowest $/mo). Looking for a LGBTQ+ friendly takeover, currently another nb roommate residing. Currently I have 2 cats with me that will not be there once moved out, but if you have pet allergies I would not advise. Lease term goes until Aug currently. Unit is on the 1st floor and has a gorgeous lakefront view of Lake Lynn and is steps away from the Trail.

You will be taking over the Master Bedroom, with its own bathroom connected. No washer/dryer in-unit, but there is a laundry room within walking distance. Living space and kitchen is shared with the other resident. Community center has a game room, gym, 2 pools separate gyms, and location is practically in the middle of everything. Very family-friendly, safe community.
