Cute little St. Anthony Main duplex

Looking for one artsy roommate in St. Anthony Falls/ Northeast for November 1st! I have a cat who doesn’t like other cats/dogs, so I can’t take anyone with a pet (sorry!). The rent is $ per person. Utilities vary, but are often around $ per person. The unit is bath (the bathroom is shared between the two rooms), it has a washer and dryer in the basement (no coins!), a small balcony, and there’s free parking behind the duplex. I’ve lived here for over 2 years and I love the location! It’s a great neighborhood and the landlords are lovely as well.

I am a year old looking for someone in their ’s. I’m vegan, and it’d be great if you were a vegetarian/vegan! I’m a puppet and performance artist and I have a lot of silly puppets around the house! I am social, but really value my alone time. My plan is to make the back room of the unit into an art studio of sorts (just like tables and shelving for craft supplies), so if that appeals to you, let me know!

Most of the furniture pictured is my roommate’s that’s leaving, so feel free to bring whatever!
