Hi everyone! I’m relocating for work and looking for someone to take over my lease (ends June ).



Location:

Right in the heart of Koreatown — only a 3-minute walk to Wilshire/Vermont Metro, surrounded by a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores.



Apartment:

• B — you’ll get the huge master bedroom with your own private bathroom and a big balcony.

• Safe community with security and secure package storage.

• In-unit laundry, parking included, and pet-friendly.

• Utilities are around $/month.

• Spacious living room and kitchen — we don’t use them much now and just store a few things, but we’ll definitely clear them out so you can enjoy the space fully.



Rent & Deposit:

• Rent: $/month

• Deposit: only $ (originally $).

• Furniture available if you’d like to keep it.



Roommate:

You’ll be sharing with a very friendly, quiet, and respectful USC PhD student — plus her adorable dog.



Move-in: Ideally Oct 1, but flexible.
