Description

Hi! I am ISO someone to take over my lease at Seranata Condominiums, minutes away from Valencia, UCF Downtown and a short distance to Rosen Campus. This is a gated community with a pool, gym, tennis courts, and clubhouse.

Rent: $/Utilities(Only electric, water is paid for)/Internet is split between you and the current roommate. I am willing to pay half of first months rent starting in October as I will still be probably be moving out during the first week of the month. My roommate is super kind and LGBTQ+ friendly! He is and attending UCF for game design.

This is a bath and the room available for lease is the master with attached bathroom and walk-in closet!

There is currently a male roommate living in the secondary bedroom/bath that is separated by the large open concept living room! There is also a nice sized screened in balcony!
There is a refundable application fee for the HOA and our management company, Belmont management group!
