We’re two easygoing guys in our late s looking for a third roommate to fill a room in our house in South West Bend. Our work schedules are pretty irregular and change week-to-week, but we tend to be on the early side. We value a clean, quiet, and respectful home environment. We're not the partying type—our ideal night is making dinner, maybe watching a movie, and heading to bed around PM to get up for work or an early trip to the mountains.

About Us:

· We’re passionate about snowboarding in the winter (Mt. Bachelor is our spot!) and skateboarding/hiking/biking in the summer.
· We're -friendly, but smoking is outside only.
· We keep common areas tidy and expect the same.

About the Room & House:

· Rent: $/month (for a single occupant)
· Security Deposit: $
· The room is ' with a decent ' closet.
· Utilities are INCLUDED (electric, gas, water, trash, and high-speed wifi).
· The Location: Our house is located in the South West Bend area. It's a great spot with easy access to the outdoors.
· Parking: There is driveway parking available for you.
· Couples are welcome! Rent would be $/month for two people.
· Pets are considered! We love animals. There is a $/month pet rent per pet (subject to approval).
