This second story apartment has a large deck looking North close to VCC, Emily Carr and China Creek Park. A beeline bus stop is right in front as well as to sky train stations a block and a half away in each direction. There's a -hour convenience store on Broadway a few blocks south on the B-Line. There is some furniture there currently that can be removed. The sauna and gym is on the ground floor along with a dozen washers and dryers. There's another laundry room on the third floor and laundry machines on every floor up to the 9th. There are four exits to the building The one closest to the apartment walk straight to ground level and down to the sidewalk outside. The building has a very active strata with a new upgrade to the facade. There's an on- caretaker for the units in the building. Cleaned daily Monday through Friday
