Two Roommates Needed

Hey everyone!
I'm looking for two new roommates to join me in a .5-bathroom townhome in Richmond Hill. My current roommate is moving out, and our lease ends October st, so I’m hoping to fill the rooms before then!
Rent is $ total, so split three ways it’s about $/month per person. The HOA fee is included in the rent, but utilities are separate and typically pretty reasonable.
A little about me — I’m years old, friendly, responsible, and looking for roommates around my age. I’d prefer female roommates, but I’m open to a trustworthy male if it’s the right fit!
The only thing I ask is: No cats, please — I’m allergic 😅
