Room in Condo w/ Private Bath

Hey all, starting October 1st I’ll have 1 bedroom available in my condo, complete with one private bathroom and private parking in a parking garage. There is also extra closet space and a storage that comes with the complex, so you’ll have plenty of room to store your things. The complex is located right next to Ranch Market, and is a 5 minute drive to El Cerrito Plaza and Albany Bulb. It also comes with amenities including a pool, gym, sauna and tennis courts. Move in would be 1st months rent plus deposit (also $), as well as a non-refundable $ deposit to HOA. (This is due to the fact that they pay for our internet, water, and the amenities.
