Description

Hi there! We have a medium-sized room available that comfortably fits a queen bed plus a dresser or desk. The room comes with its own private bathroom and mirrored closet, and you’re welcome to paint the walls to make it your own.

Our home is private and secure, with a gate and hedges around the property. Inside, there’s a front room/dining area, cozy living room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and attic storage. Outside, enjoy a large backyard with a canopy, a lovely front patio, a shared driveway, and plenty of street parking.

We’re just 5 minutes from Lake Balboa, the freeway, making it easy to get around and enjoy nearby shopping or outdoor fun.

You’ll be living with me and my partner, Angel, in the primary bedroom, and Alex across the hall. We also have a sweet and playful cat named Petunia, who spends most of her time outside and isn’t friendly with other animals.

We all work full time and like to keep the home relaxed, friendly, and respectful. The house is -friendly (outside only), but no cigarette smoking. We’re looking for someone responsible, easygoing, and considerate to join our household.
