The bedroom also has a private balcony, photo included Rent includes an off street parking spot, heat, water, and there’s laundry as well as private storage in the basement. All the tenant pays is electric and WiFi. No dogs but other pets considered on a case by case basis, as the remaining roommate does have one elderly cat.
