This is a lease takeover starting October , with the initial lease running until June , with possibility of renewal. A second roommate and I each pay monthly rent of $ for each room. Electricity, internet, and other utilities are paid separately based on usage--we’ve paid ~$/mo/person. Me and the second roommate are both moving out for work. The third roommate (F) is a software engineer and will remain in the condo.

The unit comes with an attached two car garage and plenty of guest parking in the neighborhood. Room A is sq ft while Room B is sq ft. Standard conditions such as non-smoking apply, and the landlord does not allow pets except fish.

The condo is part of the Ravel community, and features in-unit laundry, a full kitchen, a fireplace, and private patio. Community amenities include a pool and BBQ area. You’ll be walking distance from Lake Miramar trails, Trader Joe’s, and several shopping plazas. You’ll also have easy access to the I- for your daily commute!

For the lease takeover, the security deposit is $ per room. You can then pay for each month of rent/utilities thereafter. Individual and paired renters are both encouraged to reach out!
