Private room and private bath

Description

I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a bath apartment in Norwalk, near LA. The bedroom is spacious and has a walk in closet + private bath. You would also have a private parking spot in a garage and a guest permit for an extra car. The apartment complex has many amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi, gym, basketball court and lounge area. There is only 1 more girl living in the apartment and she is very quiet and friendly, barely at home so you would have the place for yourself most of the time. Girls/women only!! I need someone for as soon as possible!! You would be charged for a deposit + rent(either half if your move in middle of the month or full if you move in beginning of the month). No pets. Utilities usually never pass dollars a month. You would be added into the lease so it would require a credit and income check(as long as your credit is not less than and you earn at least a month you’ll probably pass, you can also add and co-signer if you need it ).
