This listing is for a bedroom in my house for rent. I have 1 room available now. It's a ba house so the bathrooms are shared between two people. The location is right next to entrances for both the freeways and has a lot of convenient groceries, restaurants and shops very close by. I also have a private pool in the backyard. I handle all of the maintenance and yardwork around the house. If you have any questions, let me know.

Currently 3 guys (including myself) live here. We are looking to fill the last available room.

Monthly rent is $+shared electricity and gas (internet, sewage, water, trash, yard maintenance included). Electricity and gas average $/person in the house. Move in cost is first month and one month for deposit ($).
