New Listing

looking for an apartment in the north Atlanta area. I set Sandy Springs as the location but it could be anywhere in the surrounding areas too (Dunwoody, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Roswell, Doraville, etc.) My budget is $ so I am hoping to find a roommate to split a 2 br apartment with. I am a young professional with a master's degree and I work in the public health field. I grew up in the Gwinnett area but just recently moved back to GA after living in the northeast for a few years. I like to play drums (don't worry, I have a seperate location for my drumset 😅) and guitar, go hiking and running, play tennis. I also like football, movies, and play video games on the occasion). I'm very friendly and easy to get along with, and ideally would like to be friends with my roommate, but if you just want someone to split rent with I'm good with that too. I dont smoke (I don't care if you do as long as it isn't inside) or plan on having any big parties, but if I do want to invite friends over I give notice ahead of time. Lastly, I like to keep common areas clean but if you leave a plate in the sink for a day or two it's no big deal.
