Need new roommate for 2 bedroom

Description

Two bedroom apartment with one room available for rent. Water and heat is included, all other utilities we have to pay for. No laundry in the building but laundromats nearby. Great location, right across the street from CVS and DeCiccos, Trader Joes right near by, and a lot of other stores and restaurants as well. Train station is also walking distance away - 5min away by car. First month security deposit is required. No pets are allowed. (My old roommate was made an exception for his bearded dragon) but no cats or dogs.
