It’s a 3 storey townhome located off capital blvd near wake forest, a few miles from triangle towne mall and I’m renting a room on the second floor.
The first floor is the living room, kitchen and dining area.
The whole second floor is for the tenant.
It comes with the room, full bathroom and laundry room on the same floor.
Room is furnished with a bed, TV and dresser
The rent ($) includes water, electric, gas and WiFi
Move in deposit is usually first month’s rent but it’s negotiable.
