Roommate Sierra Student Apartments

Description

Due to last minute roommate dropout, we are looking for a fourth roommate for the D4 floor plan at Sierra student apartments. You would have your own bedroom (Room D)
and bathroom, and we have an in unit washer and dryer. We only pay electricity, and the complex has many amenities. The room is fully furnished, as is the apartment. You may have pets for an additional fee, and if you would like a parking spot in the attached parking garage, that’s an additional $.
We are looking for a roommate who is enrolled at Oregon State University, is conscious of personal hygiene (smells good or has no smell), and is not a male international student. The flatmates are myself (F), my best friend (M), and a sophomore (F). We’d prefer a female roommate, but we are open to anyone that fits the our requirements listed above. We will all be out of the apartment most of the time due to busy schedules. Our male roommate would appreciate a gym buddy, but that is not a requirement.
