Lease Takeover – Morgan House (UC Berkeley)

I’m looking for a student (female only, since this is a shared unit) to take over my lease at Morgan House by The Berkeley Group.

The Room & Building:
• Double room (currently just one person this semester — another roommate will join next semester)
• Spacious, fully furnished
• In-unit laundry
• Housekeeping three times a week (cleaning and laundry supplies included)
• Modern co-living, brand new building
• 3 people per bathroom

Rent: $/month (all utilities and cleaning included)

Location: About a -minute walk to Sather Gate.

Lease Term: October – July

Move-in: Available immediately. Rent is already covered until October th, so you can move in right away with no upfront rent.
