Room with private bathroom

Description

Looking for a FEMALE roommate for the remainder of my lease. Starting around October th.
You will have a large unfurnished bedroom with a walk in closet and a small hall closet. You will also have a private bathroom (although the shared laundry is in there). Shared kitchen, balcony and living room.

Its a very large apartment complex with a huge pool, hot tube, gym and there is open space for walking, behind the complex.

Must be comfortable with cats. I have two Siamese cats.Can't accommodate any more animals.
I keep the house clean and smell free. I don't drink much or have many guests over. I'm generally pretty chill, easy going and quiet. Looking for someone with a similar vibes. I work from home and I prefer someone who works or goes to school in the day.
I'm looking for someone to ish grad student or professional.

No smoking or in the apartment.

The cost is includes estimated utilities and Internet.
