The apartment is a , located on the top floor with an elevator. One of the rooms is very small, so I use it as a storage room. I stay in one of the bedrooms, and the new flatmate will stay in the room shown in the photos. There is no living room; the shared areas are the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway.
The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. I work in photography, so I’m looking for a flatmate who is friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. We will meet first, and if we get along, we can live together.
