Looking for someone to replace me in my apartment for spring/summer (starting as early as January and ending as late as August). bathroom, on the fifth floor, fully furnished, nice kitchen, secure mail, downstairs gym, and great location right on Temple campus. There are three roommates but they’re all chill and don’t party or anything. Must be male.
