Looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in a bath townhome at Estates at Park Avenue in MetroWest. Rent is about $ including internet and energy. Currently the open room is the secondary (outlined) but would be willing to discuss if more space is needed or if a couple wants to move in.
You would have to furnish the bedroom but the rest of the apartment is pretty much taken care of.
A little about me, I work at Universal full-time. I like to watch tv, play video games, and do crafts in my free time. Open to everything and everyone but smokers as I have asthma. Also potentially looking for someone willing to take over the lease or even break it come January/February but nothing solidified yet.
