Looking For Room Share

I am a year old single woman, newly-retired Registered Nurse, looking for a room share situation. I prefer an unfurnished room with a private bath but would consider other arrangements in the right situation. I come with my 5 year old female cat. I am friendly, quiet and very tidy in my space and especially considerate in common areas. I know when to keep to myself and when to be social. I always pay my rent on time. I have a letter of reference from my previous room share landlady of over 3 years. I am happy to submit to a background check. I am hoping to move to my new place November 1.
