Room for rent Utilities Included

I’m looking to sublease one of my rooms. Beautiful home inside and out. Has a hot tub, enclosed patio, open kitchen. I work pm so I’ll mainly be home at night. I’m very easy going and have had many roomates in the past and get along with all sorts of backgrounds. I’m in sales so my job is to get along with people. I’m looking for someone who can move in before October and can rent until at least January/February. I am apart of a band and we practice at the house once a week for about two hours normally 8pm to around pm. Upstairs is carpeted, and has a large loft which can act as a second living room. There’s plenty of space and privacy and we have a tall privacy fence in the back. Power, water, and wifi is included with rent price.
