Hello, My name is Sagai Nathan Philip and I am currently looking for shared accommodation suitable for a couple in Dubai. Ideally, I am seeking a private room with an attached bathroom within a 2-bedroom apartment or villa. Access to a shared kitchen is essential.
Preferred locations include Motor City, Production City, or Sports City, as these areas offer convenient living with good amenities and connectivity.
The room should be spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two people and come furnished with basic essentials. An attached bathroom will provide the privacy we require. Sharing the kitchen with other residents is acceptable, provided it is clean and well-maintained.
It is important that the accommodation includes all utility bills in the rent—for instance, electricity, water, internet, and cooling charges. My budget is AED per month inclusive of all bills.
I am a responsible and respectful tenant, valuing cleanliness and harmony in shared living environments. I am looking for accommodation with like-minded flatmates and a peaceful atmosphere.
