This is a .5 bathroom house. Tenants will have access to the kitchen, living room, laundry room, backyard, pantry, refrigerator and half bathroom downstairs. All the rooms pricing is with utilities included, unless the AC or heater are used more.
-The first room will be available December 1 and it is the primary bedroom. It measures at ft, has its own bathroom with double sinks, a shower, one walk in closet and a secondary smaller closet. This room also has a tv mount on wall as well as cubed shelves. This room is pictured with the bathroom and brown bedroom set. Rent is $/ month
-The second room will also be available Dec 1. It measures at ft with a queen sized bed frame, shelves on wall, as well as a tv with mount on wall. Rent is $/ month
- The third room is ft and will be available in Jan. It is mostly unfurnished. It does have a tv mount with tv. This room is pictured with the gray blanket. Rent is $/ month
*Rooms do share a bathroom.

We are located right across the street from a small park, with a larger park about 2 blocks away. It is a nice and quiet community. We are only a few blocks away from two large shopping centers with tons of shopping and restaurants (Target, Applebees, Raising Canes, Wendy’s, Costco, Starbucks, Ulta, soon to be TJ Maxx and Home Goods, etc).
