I have a studio apartment I need rented out for 2 months (until the lease is up) in Ballard, WA

It’s on the 3rd floor of a nice apartment building, with a communal rooftop area

Great sunlight (floor to ceiling windows, and a Juliet balcony) and a view of mt rainier. You can also see the top of the space needle and some of downtown in the distance from the apartment

There are Amazon lockers setup for packages as well

It’s $ fourteen hundred a month, everything included (with internet) but if you pay both months up front, I can do $ thirteen hundred
each month

It does have a full size daybed that is only 3 months old and always covered in a liner


The apartment has an in unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, rooftop balcony
