Private rooms for rent

This is a single family home with me as the sole occupant. I am looking for 1 roommate who can use both spare bedrooms as needed (one for office, game room, movie room, etc.) Each room is furnished with lamps and fans, one with a bed and dresser and TV with Roku, the other with a day bed and desk. Closets in each room. You will have you own private bathroom. You're welcome to utilize the entire house except the master bedroom, so if you cook help yourself to the furnished kitchen.
Large TV in the living room which we can share.
Just keep your space clean and take out the trash every once in a while. I'm very chill and keep to myself. I work really early so I’d rather you not be a late-night partier.
I have one cat so I prefer no other animals.
