Looking for a room/roommatee

Hi there! I’m looking for a room or someone who is interested in signing a lease together (I found a few places I’m interested in). I really love the DTC area since it’s centrally located and very safe. I’m an extrovert with introvert tendencies, I love hanging out with my roommate but also not feeling forced to talk if we are in the same space. I enjoy being active, trying new foods, relaxing, bike rides and open to just about anything. I do not smoke nor can room with anyone who does due to asthma. I have a cat who is well behaved and sweet. She is a low shedder, doesn’t scratch furniture nor jump on surfaces! And I clean her litter daily and as needed:)
